On June 3, 2015, the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center will present ADA In Focus Pennsylvania at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey in Grantville, Pennsylvania. A one day conference on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ADA In Focus Pennsylvania will feature representatives from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, United States Access Board and the Federal Transportation Administration.
C. Scott Wyatt, Visiting Assistant Professor, Carnegie-Mellon University will be keynote speaker on June 3, with a presentation entitled “Naturally Better: How Accommodations and Flexibility Benefit Workplaces.”
The ADA In Focus conference will also feature 12 breakout sessions discussing Accessibility & Design, ADA & Employment, Title II - ADA Coordinator and other general ADA topics.
A Pre-Conference session, “ADA Overview” is being offered on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 2 at the same location at no additional cost.
